What is the Return Policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at information@potted-bloom.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on shipping process. Please note the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Why did my order come in multiple packages?

Potted Bloom works with several amazing suppliers in different locations around the US. If you order from multiple suppliers, you may receive your order in multiple packages.

How long does it take for an order to ship? 

An order takes 1-2 days to process and then the order should be received in 2-10 business days. 

I live outside the USA, can I get your products shipped to me?

At this time we currently only ship within the United State, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Please note certain products will not ship to AK, HI or PR. This will be noted in the product description.

I ordered a live plant and it came damaged, now what? 

If there is any damage to the plant while being delivered, please keep the original box that the plant was in. Please also take a picture of the damaged plant and the box that it travelled in, email the pictures to information@potted-bloom.com and we can re-send the a new plant.
